Seichim (pronounced saysheem) comes from the Egyptian word Sekhem which translated into English means "The Power of Powers". Seichim was translated and transcribed from hieroglyphs by the Shin Gon Buddists of that time and taken back to India and Japan. This system incorporates energy aligned to the female Quan Yin deity.
