Reiki is a system of natural healing that enhances our own self healing capabilities of body, mind, and spirit. It is also an adjunct to and compliments all other types of healing and stress relieving techniques.

The word Reiki translates from Japanese as "Universal Life Force Energy". Reiki is deeply relaxing and centering.

Reiki is neither a belief system nor a religion.

Classes
Holli has been internationally trained in the following systems of reiki. Classes are available from first degree through Master/Teacher levels.

All classes include a detailed manual, instruction, the attunement (initiation), "hands on" practice, and a certificate. Classes are offered both remote and in-person. Children under the age of twelve are attuned free of charge.

A Reiki Circle is held the second Thursday of each month for students of Quantum Visions.

Holli is now teaching a Usui Reiki class in the Continuing Education Department at The University of Texas at Arlington. Register at UTA's web site UTA Continuing Ed. Look under Enrichment Programs/Life and Wellness.

Sessions
Private sessions are available. They generally last two hours and include before and after consultation time and an hour of energy work. Distant sessions are also available.
